Forgeries
of Roman denarii offered through mailing lists |
|
This page is dedicated
to educate people about the counterfeits offered on as inexpensive genuine
Roman denarii by a person or persons using such aliases as Dr. Kalinov, thracian_kotys, kotys@ziplip.com as well as several different guises. Generally the prices he offers will correspond well to those listed in Sear, but the way the offer is presented will already tip most careful buyers off. Most of the obverse portraits are suspect, and the reverses are perhaps even more so, when compared to their genuine equivalents. |
