Obverse - DN VAL LICIN LICINIVS NOB C Licinius II, his helmeted and cuirassed bust left, holding shield and spear.	Reverse - IOVI CONSERVATORI Jupiter standing left, chlamys across left shoulder, leaning on scepter with eagle, victory on globe in right hand, flanked by eagle holding wreath on the right, and captive on the left. XIIs in field, SMHA in Exergue.
